A Happy, Joyous, Wonderful Christmas to all Mc Donalds employees.
Reply I just went through the Mc Donald’s Drive thru in Kendallville In and bought a fish of filet and got a single hamburger with tarter sauce on it.
We also had the same incident several weeks earlier but it was handled professionally. Reply Gentlemen: I am writing because you are an advertiser, and therefore a supporter, of the NFL.
I am very disturbed and offended by the actions of many of the players with their refusal to stand for the playing of our national anthem.
After several minutes of argument and his realizing we were going to tie up their drive thru until it was corrected he changed the total adding “I can’t believe you are making a fuss over .51”.
This is not the first time this happened at this particular location.
When we got to the window we were told the price was correct but the sign was wrong. Sorry but we pay the posted amount not a figure they wish to charge.
When we ordered the price came back .59 instead of the posted amount of .00 plus tax for a total of .14 we explained to the salesperson that price was wrong and were told it would be corrected and please drive around.I wish a 1000 times that Mc Donalds would recognize its customers who have HONORABLY served in the nation’s defense forces.Failing that, Mc Donalds should display the current season on ALL its restaurants, and that obviously in CHRISTMAS, which millions of Mc Donalds customers is the best time of the year.Very disappoint in the service I’ve been getting!!!!Reply To Whom It May Concern: I am not appreciative of the fact that in order to see your specials that I have to download an app onto my smartphone.
